By accessing this website and booking with Chamanzi Zulu Safaris, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation. A deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. Chamanzi Zulu Safaris, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or death unless caused by gross negligence.
All hunting activities are conducted in accordance with South African law and ethical hunting standards. Clients must comply with all safety instructions, legal requirements, and professional guidance at all times.
Chamanzi Zulu Safaris reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.

Deposits are non refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Chamanzi Zulu Safaris.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Bank and administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations made close to the booking date may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused services.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of safari services, returns on services such as hunting safaris, accommodation, and guided experiences are not applicable once delivered.
If physical merchandise is sold, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Delivery Policy
Delivery applies only to physical products sold via the website.
Delivery times are estimated at 3 to 7 business days within South Africa, depending on courier availability.
Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout. Chamanzi Zulu Safaris is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers.
